[Today's Lisa Zate Topic] Children as Humans Rulers as Parents
Even in Japan, the number of parents who break up gradually like overseas has increased rapidly, and the image of a married couple has disappeared until they die by forcing them to follow the traditions of the Taisho and Showa eras. The problem is with children. It is a shame for Japan to say that Japan still has a strong philosophy of custody and that the law is set that way.
Unless one of the parents is in a situation of violence or gambling or crime, Japan still treats the child as something with old traditions such as "because it is the eldest son". It is also evidence that the law treats children as "property".
Does the child have no human rights even though the parents have separated?

Even here in NZ, most of the families decide the rules between their parents and make on this day of the week, such as the father or the change every two weeks. And some parents are categorically unyielding to that rule, and others are taking "absolute" regularity.
I am absolutely opposed to this.
The child should be with the parent who wants to be. The child should choose. It's good that this week is decided to be at my father's. But if then the child feels like going to his mother today, shouldn't he do so?
For the convenience of parents, children will have two homes. And if each partner can be made, it will be a life that includes each family member.
It was really one fa mily. They just sacrifice their parents for their stubborn rules.
In Japan, there are parents who insist that they never meet their children because of the extreme story of these old laws and the selfish beliefs of parents. If you break it, you can become a "kidnapper".
In 2020, I think it's time to stop dealing with the children who are humans.
