[Today's Lisa Zate Topic] Why Toyota is called best in the World

Many used cars come from Japan in this country. Since the traffic safety regulations are strict, we can't bring anything with me, but since it comes in Japanese, I am sometimes asked to be an interpreter for the system also also be asked questions about Japanese cars. I immediately say that "Toyota is number one." After all, I say that Toyota is "Toyota in the world". It is called dignified. European cars coming from overseas are probably the ones that Asians long for, but maintenance is difficult, and unless you meet a knowledgeable mechanic, it costs money and it is a good car to keep as a good car if you do not know that kind of car, it is difficult.

Toyota recently announced that it will introduce a "new regular salary increase system that fully reflects personnel evaluations." In other words, it is a system that pays a little more for those who are doing their best. The advantages may be the motivation of employees, the revitalization of the entire company, and the disadvantages may be intervened by human values and personal reasons.

The NZ company I used to work for is rightly at this disadvantage, and in addition to the knowledge other than the management person turning the field and the position as my manager, the person who is actually superior has the talent to overlook the business consistency. Otherwise, the people working there will be ruined. The bad thing is that it is invisible, so such a manager person can think of it as a lack of ability that the staff himself took on the position. Unfortunately it happens quite often. Probably it is happening not only in NZ but also in Japan and other countries.

Toyota is not just making cars. From there, They use the brains of engineers  using their knowledge and experience in various fields to improve their ability to collaborate with other companies. why? That's because Toyota always runs the company "for people." Simply put, it's not just about making money. The focus is not on how to increase PROFIT, but on how to use everything we have to increase the value of people and save those in need. For that reason, Toyota staff, who naturally run the company, are also making full use of how to realize it. They are not  just making full use of the design of the next cool new car that sells well. Those who stand on top like Toyota have been firmly learned by their seniors and their bosses even before they joined the company, and the line is solid, expanding the range of creativity and improvement of workers. Then, those who are working find the value of working, enhance their existence, enhance their work, and have fun, not just working for money. It makes the company better and makes better sales. Management for that is very important. Rather, it depends not only on the company's sales today, but whether the staff is "mere staff" or more is also a big factor in management ability.
